Digital Marketing Assistant

This is a pivotal and important hands-on position in our busy production team. In this multi-tasking role, you will be writing compelling content, coordinating website projects from start to completion, and acting as a customer liaison to ensure our clients receive the best customer experience. The required skills of ideal candidate(s) are:

• Demonstrate understanding of e-Commerce (WordPress/WooCommerce) is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills & confident on the phone.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to manage expectations and relay information in a professional manner.
• Strong project management – Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability of writing engaging content.
• Able to take ownership of customer issues and managing the enquiry to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Desire to be part of an energetic, motivated team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000 – rising to £25,000 PA after probation. (6 months)
